1. Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with FBX Fest. We hope you love your purchase. But if something isn’t right, here’s our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Exchanges
