1. Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with FBX Fest. We hope you love your purchase. But if something isn’t right, here’s our return and exchange policy:
 

Eligibility

• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
   

Returns & Exchanges

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email [insert support email] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be returned in resalable condition: unworn/unopened, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.

• Downloadable digital products (unless defective).

• Any item explicitly marked "final sale."

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our policy terms.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
   

Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size, color or style, we’ll handle it as an exchange based on item availability.

• If the new item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less, we’ll refund the difference after exchange.
