  • What are the benefits of being a 2023 FBX Vendor?
    The Florida Black Expo is an annual event with a 18 year history. There is an anticipation of people, businesses that wait each year for the event. The event brings over 8,000 spectators and over 400 vendors into one building to display Black Excellence.
  • What does my vendor fee cover?
    The vendor fee covers admission for 2 (two) Vendor Passes, 1 (one) 10’ x 10’ booth space, 1 (one) 8’ skirted table & 2 (two) chairs
  • Is there an extra charge for electricity and sound?
    Yes, there is a cost for electricity. When you have completed your registration, indicate your request for electricity, our team will contact you to assess the specific electricity need and cost.
  • I would like to purchase 2 booths and have them both beside each other at the Expo. Is that possible?
    If you purchase multiple booths and would like to have both next to each other, that is absolutely possible. Vendors will get the opportunity to select their specific booth locations beginning on January 15, 2023.
  • How many workers can I have in my booth? Will they get passes?
    Vendors will receive 2 passes per booth purchased. You are free to have as many people in your booth as you would like. Everyone must have their vendor pass or a general admission ticket to be on the stadium grounds. Additional Vendor passes can be purchased for $10.00/ea through January 20, 2023.
  • Is there a maximum number of booths a person can purchase?
    There is not a maximum number of booths that can be purchased. Political Candidates will be limited to one booth per candidate.
  • Will I have the opportunity to set up before the expo?
    Vendor setup will be available the day before and early Saturday morning. Dates and times will be announced by the January 26, 2023 Vendor Packet Pick-up Event.
  • On the day of the expo, what time does set-up begin?
    Setup will begin at 6:00am. Specific setup times will be provided at the Vendor Meeting on January 26, 2023.
  • What will be my total vendor cost (incidentals, etc)
    Vendor prices vary and specific can be found at www.floridablackexpo.com
  • Is the fee for a retail vendor the same for a food vendor?
    Food Vendors are completely separate from regular vendors. Food Vendor applications will be available on January 6, 2023.
  • Are there any product limitations?
    There are no product limitations, unless you are selling food or beverages. NO BEVERAGE sales will be permitted and food permits require a special approved registration by the Florida Black Expo team. The TIAA Bank Field concessions company, Delaware North Services, is in charge of all beverage sales for the Saturday Expo.
  • Will there be a limit on the number of vendors selling the same product?
    Florida Black Expo believes in providing as many opportunities to as many businesses as possible. There will be NO limits to the number of businesses sellings/providing the same products/services. Exclusivity will only be approved for specific sponsors. Some franchise and direct sales companies have their own guidelines for trade shows and festivals. We will work to have duplicate companies on different floors. Please adhere to your organization's rules and regulations.
  • Will vendors be allowed to choose their own space for the expo?
    Vendors will get the opportunity to select their specific booth locations beginning on January 15, 2023. The order of purchase will determine the order you will be permitted to select your booth location.
  • Do I need insurance coverage?
    Insurance is not required, unless you are an approved food vendor.
  • Will there be a vendor liaison at the Expo?
    The Florida Black Expo team will communicate frequent updates. The Vendor Coordinator will be introduced at the Expo Vendor meeting taking place in January 2023. At the Saturday Expo there will be an information help desk open on the first floor of each clubhouse to assist you. There will be FBX Ambassadors on each floor that can also assist.
  • Are vendor fees refundable?
    Vendor fees are final sales and no refunds will be granted.
  • How many people are expected at the Expo?
    The Florida Black Expo returns at a larger and multi-floor mall. We’re expecting over 7,500 attendees at the 2023 Florida Black Expo.
  • Will there be an opportunity to network with other businesses?
    The Florida Black Expo is expecting over 400 vendors. There will be a series of events that would offer opportunities to network with other businesses. See FBX 2023 Schedule for a list of events.
  • Is the event indoor or outdoor?
    The event is indoor of both East & West Club houses of the TIAA Bank Field Stadium.
  • Are tickets separate or combined admissions?
    Each event has a different ticket. The Taste of Jacksonville is Friday, February 10, 2023. Tickets are General Admission and VIP. The Main Event has General Admission Tickets.
